Order – shipment and payments

If you want to place an order, go to the „SHOP” tab, select the model and size of the product. Then add the selected product to the cart. In the „ORDER” tab, complete the required data and proceed to payment. Before placing the final order, accept the store’s regulations. If you have any questions, please call us: +48 608 575 570.

Tpay.com – after selecting this method, the website will redirect you to the Tpay.com payment system, where you can pay for your order. Here you will also find a standard transfer option (print image). By choosing it, you will receive all the data needed to make a traditional transfer or pay for the order, e.g. at the Post Office.

PayU – after selecting this method, the website will redirect you to the PayU payment system, where you can pay for your order.

PayPal – after selecting this method, the website will redirect you to the PayPal payment system, where you can pay for your order.

Orders placed are prepared for shipment on working days, within 24 hours from the moment of placing the order and crediting the payment to our account.

RETURNS

The most universal size from which you will be able to make absolutely any binding is 90 cm x 90 cm.

We invite you to the „How to wear a scarf” tab (click)and to follow our Social Media channels, where we have posted videos with tutorials and we are constantly showing new solutions for scarves.

It is not possible to pack the product as a gift, but the way in which we pack it meets the criteria of even the most demanding customers. Each of our scarves is packed in acid‐free tissue paper, which is perfect for storing the product. We put it in an elegant dedicated box and attach a letter or a postcard with a dedication.

The best way to keep your silk scarf in beautiful condition is to take it to a professional dry cleaner.
